Hallowell Elementary

The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) is responsible for ensuring that all special education programs in schools are appropriate and effective. To do this, school districts must submit a Special Education Plan to PDE every 3 years, as required under 22 PA Code 14.104. Hatboro-Horsham's Plan for 2026-2029 is due prior to May 1, 2026. The initial draft was reviewed with the Board on 2/9/26 and is available here for public review and comment. Please provide feedback regarding the plan to Kimberly Myers, the Director of Special Education and Special Services prior to 3/18/26. All feedback will be considered before the plan is recommended for formal Board approval at the 3/23/26 Board Action Meeting. Thank you for your assistance and support.
