Last evening, April 20, 2026, the Jenkintown School District Board of School Directors officially approved the appointment of Dr. Brea D’Angelo as their next Superintendent, with her leadership in Jenkintown set to begin in July 2026. On behalf of the Hatboro-Horsham School District, we share both heartfelt pride and sincere gratitude. Dr. D’Angelo has been an integral part of our Hatter community, serving in multiple leadership roles—from Assistant Principal at Keith Valley Middle School to Principal of Pennypack Elementary School, and most recently as the Director of Educational Affairs as a central office administrator. Her leadership has helped shape programs, support our staff, and positively impact countless students and families. While we will deeply miss her presence, partnership, and leadership in Hatboro-Horsham, we are incredibly proud to see one of our own step into a superintendency. This is a well-deserved recognition of her talent, commitment, and passion for public education. Please join us in congratulating Dr. D’Angelo and wishing her continued success in Jenkintown.
