Wishing a happy Easter to all our HH families celebrating! May this day be filled with joy and cherished memories with loved ones.

To our HH families who celebrate, we wish you a happy Passover. May this time be filled with connection, tradition, and moments with those who matter the most.

April is Autism Awareness Month
We recognize and celebrate the strengths, perspectives, and contributions of individuals with Autism in our schools and community. Together, we continue to create spaces where all students are seen, heard, and valued.

Our Unified Track team kicked things off at home this week with a tri-meet against Plymouth Whitemarsh and Lower Moreland, and the energy did not disappoint. From races to field events to relays, our students showed teamwork, determination, and school pride throughout the day.
We were also proud to celebrate our 10 seniors. Your leadership and commitment to this program have made a lasting impact.
The smiles truly say it all. Looking forward to a great season ahead.

The Keith Valley Challenge is officially underway, and what a start it has been.
Opening ceremonies set the tone in the most powerful way. Hearing from a Make-A-Wish recipient was a moment no one will forget. There was not a dry eye in the house, and it grounded us all in the true purpose behind today.
From there, the energy has been incredible. Students are fully engaged across the building, making the most of our spaces through talent shows, bean bag toss, pool challenges, live music to welcome participants, and competitive floor hockey games.
It is a day filled with fun, connection, and purpose. Proud of our students for embracing both the spirit and the meaning of the Keith Valley Challenge.

With Mrs. Kanter’s upcoming retirement, we may already have our next principal lined up… and he’s in fourth grade.
Today, Anthony Fishman stepped in as Principal for the Day at Simmons Elementary and took the role seriously. Making announcements, classroom visits, and even a behind-the-scenes tour of the cafeteria kitchen.
Strong leadership, high visibility, and Simmons was in very capable hands. Well done, Principal Fishman 🤣😉

A strong day representing the Hatboro-Horsham School District.
Ten of our 5th grade elementary students were selected to participate in the PMEA District 11 Band Festival, joining peers from across Montgomery and Bucks counties. Held at New Hope-Solebury High School, students spent the day rehearsing five additional pieces beyond their regular school music before performing in an evening concert.
An impressive accomplishment and a reflection of the talent and dedication of our young musicians. Congratulations to our students and music staff for this outstanding representation.

Women's History Month
This March, we honor trailblazers, educators, and young women shaping our world. Women's contributions from the classroom to history are vital as we celebrate the past, present, and invest in the future.

Due to the significant snowfall from today's storm, and to allow our operations team and our partners from the Township and Borough additional time to safely clear sidewalks, side streets, and school grounds, the Hatboro-Horsham School District will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
Roadways, neighborhood streets, sidewalks, and bus stop areas may remain snow-covered during the early morning hours. The two-hour delay will provide additional time for plowing, salting, and preparation of school campuses to support safe travel for students, staff, and families. We encourage everyone to use caution when walking, driving, and waiting outdoors.
Morning childcare services will begin at 8:30 a.m.
School breakfast and lunch will be served.
Essential employees, including maintenance and custodial personnel, will receive direction from their supervisor.

Due to the anticipated snowfall and accumulation, the Hatboro-Horsham School District is CLOSED and will operate as a Virtual Learning Day tomorrow, Monday, February 23, 2026. Instructional expectations and schedules for the virtual learning day have been communicated by each building. The Eastern Center for Arts and Technology will also operate virtually.
Snow is forecast to continue overnight and into the morning. Roadways, side streets, and walkways are expected to remain snow covered and hazardous, making travel unsafe and requiring additional time for crews to clear and prepare school campuses.
All after-school and evening events scheduled for Monday, February 23, are canceled.
The School Board meeting originally scheduled for Monday evening has been rescheduled to Monday, March 2, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Keith Valley Middle School.
Twelve-month district staff will work remotely.
Essential employees, including maintenance and custodial personnel, will receive direction from their supervisor.

Today, the Hatboro-Horsham School District honors the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. We reflect on his message of service, respect, and unity, and the importance of working together to support all members of our school community.

Hatboro-Horsham School District is proud to partner with GIANT, located at 314 Horsham Road, Horsham, PA 19044, in support of the Feeding School Kids campaign. Through March 31, customers shopping at the Horsham GIANT can round up their purchase at the register to help fight childhood hunger right here in our community.
The GIANT Company will match all customer donations up to $100,000, doubling the impact for students in need. HHSD is grateful to be a beneficiary of this campaign, which directly supports our ongoing efforts to ensure students have access to nutritious meals so they are ready to learn each day.
We encourage our school community to participate and help make a difference for HHSD students.
