Morning Announcements

Today is Friday, May 2nd, and it’s a BLACK Day.

  • It's Mental Health Awareness Month, and the BPOC Club is hosting several events throughout the month, including a scavenger hunt, destress fest, and the Hero of Hope banner signing. Did you know that green is the internationally recognized color for mental health awareness? Green is widely associated with nature, growth, and renewal, symbolizing hope and healing.

  • Seniors, Senior Prom, and Post-Prom tickets will be available beginning May 8th and running through May 19.

  • Also, Seniors, a very important email about graduation details and the end of your senior year is coming out today to you and your parents. Make sure you review it.

  • Advanced Placement students taking an exam – the exams begin on Monday. Make sure you are prepared … know your exam date, time, and room number. If you have questions, please stop by and see Dr. Williams.

  • Attention Special Olympics Volunteers: if you did not already attend your assigned training, you MUST attend a makeup training session. Sessions will be held TODAY in Room B113 during Learn 1 and 2. Unfortunately, you cannot volunteer if you do not attend training. Contact Mrs. Welsh or Miss Joyce with any conflicts.
