Morning Announcements

Good Morning, Hatboro-Horsham Students, Faculty, and Staff  

Today is Monday, September 14th and it’s a RED Day. 

  • Today is an Advisory Day.  Students should report to their Advisory teacher after 2nd period today. 

  • Stage crew is meeting today in the auditorium after school until the late bus.  Students interested in joining stage crew should attend. 

  • Attention Seniors: Red & black is now accepting applications for Generals. Please refer to your Team's Canvas page for further details. Applications must be submitted by October 2nd for consideration. 

  • Any Seniors who haven’t already received your t-shirt, please pick it up in B108 during Learn 2 

 

LUNCH & LEARN: 

  • All 9th graders should report to their assigned Learn coach during 3A or 3B. Check your PowerSchool schedule for your assigned period and teacher. 

  • All students are invited to join the Jewish Student Union to celebrate and learn about the High Holy Days and eat yummy food. We will meet during Learn 1 on Wednesday in B216.” 

  • Hatters Rock" will have its first meeting this coming Wednesday, September 16th during Learn 2 in the Choir Room, C119. Thanks to all who signed up and if you still need to sign up, please email or stop by C119 to see Mr. Masters. 

  • MiniTHON will have their first Full Club meeting this Wednesday the 16th in the auditorium during Learn 1. 

  • The gym and weight room will be open during Lunch and Learn today. 

  • For all current Partnership members- there is a mandatory meeting Learn 2- in H218. 

 

 

IN THE WORLD OF SPORTS: 

  • The boys are girls cross country teams finished strong at the DeSales University Invite on Saturday.  Tanya Mohapatra finished 17th and Kylee Brennan finished 24th to receive medals for the girls varsity race.  Kevin Brown placed 2nd in the boys varsity race with a time of 16:29.  All athletes ran personal best times for the season! 

 

 

TODAY’S ACTION: 

  • Girls Soccer is away @ Abington 

  • Girls & Boys Golf is away @ CB East 

  • Boys Soccer is home against Abington at 3:45 Back Fields 

  • JV Football is home against Penn Wood at 3:30 Steinly Stadium 

  • Girls Tennis is home against CB East at 3:30 Tennis Courts
