Morning Announcements

Good Morning, Hatboro-Horsham Students, Faculty, and Staff  

Today is Friday, April 24th, and it’s a BLACK Day. 

  • April is Autism Acceptance Month.  Global Autism Awareness: Autism Acceptance Month is not just celebrated in the U.S., but globally. Countries like Canada, the UK, and Australia also dedicate April to raising awareness and promoting acceptance for autistic individuals. 

  •  MiniTHON thanks everyone for their participation showing their support this week.   Our Main Event is tomorrow with community hours 4p – 7p.  There will be lots of activities like face painting, hair braiding and tinsel, henna, dancing, pie throwing, and more.  Hope to see you there.   

  • Seniors:  National Decision Day is May 1st. If you have plans for after HH—whether that’s college, the workforce, a gap year, military service, or trade school—we want to hear from you! Submissions are due April 27th. 

  • Seniors: Sr prom tickets will go on sale starting next week on My SchoolBucks.   Any questions, stop by the main office. 

  • Sign up for the annual HH Blood Drive at the tables located outside the cafeteria during lunch and learn.  Any questions, contact Mr. Baker in A113. 

  • Attention skiers and snowboarders. Check your email or your remind messages for more information on how to sign up for next season. Informational meeting April 29th in A125. 

  • The final day to order your 2026 Yearbook will be tomorrow.  Stop by F-213 and the cost will be $80.00.  After that, a limited number of yearbooks will be available at Senior Sunset on May 27. However, tthe cost will then be $90.00 paid in cash only. 

  

LUNCH & LEARN: 

  • HHTV is airing its show UNDER THE HAT during Learn 2 today. You can watch the show live or catch it later on the Hatboro-Horsham School District YouTube Channel. You will also be able to view UNDER THE HAT on the monitors around the school. 

  • Fitness friends and yoga club are doing a special collaboration today during learn 1 in the aux gym. Bring a friend! 

  • Chess Club will meet in A122 during Learn 1. 

  • Shakespeare Club will meet in B215 during Learn 1. 

  • Orchestra will meet in the band room during Learn 2. 

 

IN THE WORLD OF SPORTS 

 TODAY’S ACTION: 

  • Girls Flag Football has a home game against Bensalem today at 3:30p.
