Ms. Westcott has been the Band Director at Hatboro-Horsham High School since January 2023.

In December 2022, she graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education. During her time at West Chester, she marched as a member of the WCU Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band before serving as one of four Drum Majors for two years. With the WCU Marching Band, Ms. Westcott marched in the 6abc Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia (2018) and the Philadelphia Eagles NFC Wildcard Playoff Game (2020). Ms. Westcott has also performed with many top concert ensembles, and has been fortunate enough to play for audiences in Germany as well as in prestigious venues such as the Kimmel Center (Philadelphia) and Symphony Hall (Boston).

Ms. Westcott is the director of both the Concert Band and the Hatboro-Horsham Marching Unit (HHMU). She also teaches various music electives at Hatboro-Horsham High School such as guitar, music theory, rock ensemble, and piano.

Ms. Westcott is a professional flute player and conductor, and frequently teaches private music lessons outside of school. In her free time, Ms. Westcott loves to read, be outside, and spend time with family and friends! She is from (and currently resides in) Delaware County.

Director of Choral Activities, Hatboro-Horsham High School

Mr. Masters has been the Choir Director at Hatboro-Horsham High School since 2022. He holds dual Bachelors Degrees in Music Education and Piano Performance from Mansfield University and a Masters degree in Music Education from Ithaca College.

Before teaching at HH, Mr. Masters held positions at Germantown Academy (Fort Washington, PA), Central Dauphin High School (Harrisburg, PA), Lycoming College (Williamsport, PA), Loyalsock Township High School (WIlliamsport, PA), and the WIlliamsport Area School District. Mr. Masters is the past recipient of the American Choral Director’s Association of Pennsylvania Outstanding Young Conductor Award and the Eastern Division Lannom Endowment Award. From 2006-2011, he served as ACDA-PA Vocal Jazz Repertoire & Standards Chair. Choirs under his direction have performed throughout Europe, the east coast, and at state & regional conferences, including the 2012 ACDA Eastern Division, and the 2010 & 2007 PMEA State Conventions.

Mr. Masters is an active guest conductor, most recently directing the 2024 PMEA District 8 Vocal Jazz Festival and the 2023 PMEA All-State Vocal Jazz Ensemble, in addition to directing the 2018, 2014, and 2009 PMEA District Vocal Jazz festivals, and several county festivals in Pennsylvania and New York. Additionally, Mr. Masters is a professional accompanist, studio musician, music director, and performer in the Philadelphia region. His music performance is rooted in improvisation, classical, jazz, and contemporary music, with a love for electro-acoustic keyboards.

Mrs. Erin Antioquia

Orchestra Director, Hatboro-Horsham High School & Keith Valley Middle School

Mrs. Antioquia is the Orchestra Director at both Hatboro-Horsham High School and Keith Valley Middle School. She holds both a Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Music Education from Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, Virginia. Additionally, she holds a Performance Certificate in Violin.

Mrs. Antioquia has taught private lessons on stringed instruments since 1999. Before coming to HH, Mrs. Antioquia taught orchestra (grades 7-12) in Lakewood, NJ. She is originally from Toms River, NJ and has participated in NJ All-State and South Jersey Regional Orchestras on violin.
