Hatboro-Horsham High School partners with The EASTERN Center for Arts and Technology. EASTERN offers high-quality continuously evaluated and updated technical instruction, leadership opportunities and specialized services, and is accredited by the Middle States Association of College and Schools Commission on Secondary Schools.

Secondary career and technical education programs are offered to students in grades eleven and twelve from the nine school districts in Eastern Montgomery County.
