Required sports paperwork, for the 2022-2023 school year, is submitted electronically through our ATS System - no "hard copies" are accepted.   Please click on the link below and follow the directions for submitting this required paperwork.  Please be advised that in order to try out and participate in a sport at Keith Valley, all of the paperwork must be completed.
