    If you are a prospective employee/independent contractor/volunteer the following is required:


    * PA Criminal Record Check


    * Child Abuse Clearance Electronic  or  Child Abuse Clearance Paper Form

    You may submit electronic or paper request.


    * Federal Criminal History Check (Fingerprinting)

    When registering for FBI fingerprinting make sure you click on the icon entitled Pennsylvania Department of Education.  Then go to register information. Please apply under "Register Online", which is located under "Registration Information" at the top right of the Applicant Fingerprinting Online Services page. For FBI Fingerprint Clearance locations, please click on "Print Site Locations" on the Applicant Fingerprinting Online Services page for a listing of sites that would be most convenient for you.  


    Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form 


    PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release 

    This form is required for employees and independent contractors.  You are required to complete a form for your current employer, any schools which you worked or all employers where you worked with children.  The district will send forms to your current and former employers.  If you have had these forms completed by your current/former employers the district will verify them.


    * As of December 2014, Pennsylvania Act 153 of 2014 requires that school district employees obtain new clearances every 60 months.  Once hired by the district, you will be required to obtain new clearances every 60 months from the date of the oldest clearance.


    All information must be within 1 year of your hire date.
