A Note from HHTV Club President

  • A note from our club president, “I joined HHTV my second semester of Freshmen year. The night of my first production I was terrified. I was scared that I was going to break the camera or mess up the production. So, I asked Mr. Berchick if he could stand next to me and help me during the production, the moment I turned the camera on and put on the headset, everything clicked. Mr. Berchick left me alone, and from that night on I strived to get better, so, I joined HHTV, I became interested in film, and I would try to make it as many tv productions as I could. I know now, this is what I want to do. The other members in HHTV greeted me with open arms. Through HHTV, I found a career and a family.”- Allie Riches

  • What we do?

HHTV is a club at the High School that focuses on making films and live TV productions. We participate in Greenfield film festival, 10-day film festival, and cover a variety of sports in live productions along with concerts, and graduations.  We can teach you how to run a camera, edit videos & films, even be our sports commentator and much more!

If you are interested in taking classes, Mr. Berchick also offers TV and film classes semesterly. Mr. Berchick has even started a new course for TV 2 students that creates a bi-weekly magazine show called "Under the Hat". If you are interested in anchoring, creating sports, and news pieces this is the class for you.
