My name is Dennis M. Williams, Jr. and this marks the start of my fourteenth year as an administrator at this fine high school and fourteenth as the building principal. As a 1993 graduate of Hatboro-Horsham High School, I am continually excited about leading this building to new levels of achievement. I attribute a great deal of my professional success to my experiences and memories at H-H and the local community. I loved my time here and was active in a variety of ways. As a student, I was an all-conference football player and discus thrower at H-H and was a member of the 1992 District One Championship Football Team, the only district football championship in history and was inducted into the H-H Athletic Team Wall of Fame in 2009.

I was also a member of the Black Student Union, the Spirit Committee, a Red & Black Captain and the FBLA. After graduating from HHHS, I moved on to Muhlenberg College where I played varsity football, threw the discus and was an All-Conference selection. I majored in History and Secondary Education before graduating from Muhlenberg in 1997. I am a member of the Muhlenberg College Board of Trustees and consistently return to the college to participate in speaking engagements and to facilitate workshops.

Immediately after college, I taught Social Studies at Cheltenham High School, was a class sponsor, prom adviser, teacher mentor, after school tutor, Student Assistance Program team member, assistant varsity football coach and head varsity throwing coach for the track team. I recevived my Master's degree from Gratz College, completed my certificate in Educational Administration at Gwynedd-Mercy College and completed my Superintendent Level certification at Arcadia University. I am thrilled to be back at my alma mater leading a staff focused on providing quality educational experiences and a student body with such talent and desire to be contributing members of society. I have an awesome daughter, Maya Denise (15) who while she attends another high school district, is also a HATTER at heart ... she has no choice:)

    rrapino@hatboro-horsham.org

My name is Ralph Rapino. As a proud resident of Horsham Township, my family and I have a close emotional attachment to the Hatboro-Horsham School District.  As we enter this school year, my wife Kathy and I are proud Simmons Elementary parents. Marissa (14) is in 8th grade and Dominic (11) is in 5th grade. This is one of the many reasons why I am so excited to continue my education career as a member of the administrative team in the Hatboro-Horsham School District.

This year will be my eleventh at H-HHS. My ten years prior have been fruitful and rewarding and I look forward to the various challenges and opportunities to grow. I continue to be zealous about my work and the people with whom I work!  For 11 years prior to coming to H-HHS in 2006,  I was a special education teacher, head varsity football coach, supervisor of dances, assistant varsity basketball coach, junior varsity baseball coach, a coordinator of student-athlete leaders and a leader in the strength and conditioning program at Radnor High School.

I truly look forward to sharing my 26 years of educational experience with my fellow administrators, teachers, parents and most importantly the students of Hatboro-Horsham High School. Besides spending time with extended family and friends, I take great pleasure in coaching youth football, softball & enjoying the beach with my wife and children.  In addition, I like watching high school and college football, as well as professional football. I also enjoy doing yard-work, exercising, driving, watching old movies and most especially eating.

I am a 2005 graduate of Gwynedd-Mercy College’s Master’s degree program, 1987 graduate of Kutzown University and a 1982 graduate of West Philadelphia Catholic High School for Boys.

My name is Louis F. James. I am a 34 year resident of Horsham and married to Cheri (Snyder) James, who is a 1976 graduate of HHHS. We have 5 wonderful children, Jennifer, Julia, Jessica, Kevin and Christina who are all graduates from H-H. I am very proud as a district employee and community member of the education our children have received from the Hatboro-Horsham School District. Of the five that have graduated each has moved on to institutions of higher learning. Personally, I received a B.S. in Sociology from Westminster College in 1980. My hobbies include golf and sports in general. I have spent many seasons on the sports fields with all of my children coaching and also just enjoying them. I also spent many seasons as the high school softball coach here. This school year marks the start of my ninth year as the Athletic Director. I still find it to be very rewarding and challenging.

Over the 30 plus years my wife and I have embedded ourselves in the community through volunteerism and running a local business. My family feels that this is a wonderful community in which to live, work, and raise our family.
