What is Peachjar?
Peachjar is a digital flyer delivery system. Through the use of this system, we believe it will enhance our efficiency and delivery of community and school flyers. Flyers can be accessed by clicking on the Peachjar logo located on each school's homepage. Eflyers can also be sent directly to your email inbox!
-
How does Peachjar work?
School approved digital flyers will be sent directly to parents and guardians on your computer, device, or smartphone. In addition, all flyers can be reviewed by simply clicking on the Peachjar logo displayed on the homepage of each school.
-
Why did we implement Peachjar?
The Peachjar email system will allow us another way to communicate and send community and local information home to you and avodi the many flyers that often get built up in a student's backpack or locker.
-
What type of "Eflyers" can we expect to see initially?
The use of Peachjar is new to our district. For now, we will use Peachjar to communicate flyers that include community partners, free events, local organizations, and what we feel is appropriate to share. The use of Peachjar will not eliminate our use of other communication methods, including sending paper copies home with students at certain times.
-
Can staff and school organizations post flyers?
Yes, 100%! This platform is meant for our staff and students to share their events digitally. To share a flyer, have a staff member ask to become an uploader on Peachjar. Please email application services if you wish to become an uploader at appsvcs@hatboro-horsham.org.

Community- FREE Flyer Policy
Peachjar's Community Free Flyer Program is our way of giving back to communities by covering the fees for one Community Free flyer per 30 days for organizations promoting a charitable free program, service, or resource where children are the direct beneficiary.
All flyers submitted for free distribution will be reviewed by Peachjar for verification of eligibility and must comply with the following requirements:
- Your charitable program, service, or resource directly benefits children and does not require participants to qualify, has no enticement for future fee-based programs, and does not serve the purpose of fundraising, collecting donations, or allowing for the purchase of products or services.
- Your organization is not nationally recognized and physically resides within the boundaries of the school district you wish to distribute to.
- Your organization is not receiving fees or revenue from vendors participating in the event.
Submissions are limited to one flyer distribution to one school district every 30 days. If you wish to distribute to more than one school district or more frequently than every 30 days, you may choose to distribute a standard flyer, subject to Peachjar's fees. Peachjar reserves the right to determine final eligibility.
