Device Distribution Information and Instructions (2021-2022 School Year)
Welcome back students, families and staff for the 2021-2022 school year at Hatboro-Horsham School District! First, if you have not done so already, please review the Replacement Parts Policy which will be effective for the 2021-2022 school year.
On this page you fill find information and sign-up instructions for device pickup for your students prior to the start of the school year.
High School Students do not need to use this process. High School devices will be distributed during your orientation sessions prior to the start of school. If you are unable to attend one of those sessions please contact the High School administrative team and they will make arrangements for you to pick up your device.
K-8 Students will use the pickup process which starts with registering for a time slot to pick up your device, printing out a receipt for us to scan, and then picking the device up from the High School bus loop (899 Horsham Rd, Horsham, PA 19044).
Pickup times are available in 15 increments on the following dates and times:
Tuesday September 7
1 pm to 8 pm
Wednesday September 8th
9am to 2pm
To select the date and time that works best for you, please register on TicketLeap. Select the date of your pickup in the calendar, then your time slot, and add the ticket to your cart.
UPDATE: Due to storms any student can bring their ticket for any date or time to the drive-through service and receive their device. Please see the revised chart abot for additional dates and times that have been added for pickup.
