Scouts have been an instrumental part of the Jarrett Nature Center since the very beginning. Helping with trail enhancements, clearing invasive plants, cleanups, construction and many other worthwhile endeavors.  They have completed many Service Projects, Eagle Scout Projects as well as Girl Scout Projects that have benefited the Jarrett Nature Center, students, the community and the wildlife! The Jarrett Nature Center offers a unique learning opportunity for all scout groups to experience nature in an interactive environment.

We do hope you consider the Jarrett Nature Center:

    • when you need community service hours*
    • when planning a specific outing for your Scout group*
    • when you need to earn your next rank by performing a specific service project*
    • when you need to fulfill badge requirements (Nature, Forestry, Environmental Science, etc)*
    • when you need help in planning an Eagle Scout project or Girl Scout award*
