    The Office of Human Resources of the Hatboro-Horsham School District is dedicated to providing excellent personnel services by assisting the District's schools and departments in hiring and retaining the best-qualified applicants.  We are responsible for all aspects of personnel relations from the time of hire through to retirement or resignation.  More specifically, the Office of Human Resources assures compliance with employment laws and mandates, handles labor relations and collective bargaining issues, develops staffing recommendations, and administers all facets of the employee fringe benefit program.  Our department procedures support the implementation of the District's plan of achievement by providing optimal service and support to meet the collective needs of our students, staff and community.

    As the director, Christine is responsible for the strategic and efficient operation of the various functions related to human resources. Those functions include Benefits, Training, Recruiting and Hiring, Policy, Collective Bargaining Agreements, Employee Relations, Employee Evaluations, and Professional Certification to name a few. 

     

    Barbara J. Peddigree, Human Resources Supervisor

    Barbara handles the certified and administrative staff with regards to onboarding, induction, certification, correspondence, agenda preparation, HR database maintenance, salary letters, and end-of-year rollover.  

     

     Kate Fairman Human Resouces Generalist

    Kate handles the support staff regarding onboarding, correspondence, interviews, recruitment, agenda preparation, and HR database maintenance. Kate is also responsible for assisting all staff with Worker’s Compensation claims and Unemployment claims.

    Renee’s current responsibilities include Health, Dental, Voluntary Benefits, COBRA, FMLA (Family Medical Leave) and Leave of Absences, ADA, ACA, and Tuition reimbursement.
