    Device Return Info
     
    All seniors are required to return their device. All items must be included with the device (laptop, stylus, and power cord). Students will receive a receipt stating what has been returned. Failure to return any of the items may result in a replacement fee that must be paid before a student is permitted to participate in the graduation ceremony

    Laptop Distribution and Fees


    PAYMENT INFO

    Families have 2 options for payment - online with credit card or in person with a Check. Checks should be made payable to HHSD. 

    If choosing the early pick-up option, students must use TicketLeap to schedule a pick-up time in the allotted windows.  
     
    If paying by check, students must bring their technology fee and their printed TicketLeap ticket with them in order to receive their laptop. 

    If payment is being made online by credit card using MySchoolBucks.com, then the student only needs to bring the TicketLeap Ticket.

     

    RESTRICTIONS

    In order to alleviate a backup of students picking up their laptops, there is a limit of 20 tickets per time slot.

    Please do not register for more than one slot per student. If you need to change your time slot please contact John Zuk, 215-420-5507.

    Students should not show up to pick up their laptop at any time other than their ticketed time as their laptop will not be ready.

    Family Technology Fee Structure
    $30 per child 

    Free and/or Reduced Lunch Program 

    Reduced = ½ the family fee
    OR 
    Free  = no cost to the family

    Internet Access at Home

    HHSD does not provide internet access to your home. There are several commercial service providers to choose from.  Some offer afforable programs through an application.

    Summer Deployment & Regular Pick-Up
     
    All Summer laptop pick-up will occur in the HS main lobby. All Freshman are welcome to utilize the Summer Deployment window for laptop pick-up.
     
    Any upper class student who returned their device in June may also utilize these dates for pick-up.
     
    Students must utilize TicketLeap in order to schedule an appointment for summer pick-up. This will ensure that your laptop is ready when you arrive. 
     
     
     

    DATES & TIMES:

    Families MUST sign-up using TicketLeap.

    • Thursday, August 15 - 12-3pm & 4-7pm
    • Monday, August 19 - 12-3pm
    • Tuesday, August 20 - 12-3pm
    • Wednesday, August 21 - 12-3pm & 4-7pm
    • Thursday, August 22 - 12-3pm

     

    Any student that does not utilize the summer pick-up dates will receive their laptop during the first days of school, the technology fee must be paid to receive the laptop.
