The 9th Annual Feed-A-Friend food and toy drive needs your help. Due to the threat of inclement weather on Saturday, the 15,000 bags distributed to the Hatboro and Horsham communities last week will now be picked on SUNDAY MORNING AT 9AM! This massive undertaking to feed some of the need in our districts’ student population really needs your help. On Sunday, we will mobilize a small army of Student Council, staff and alumni to canvas the communities to collect these bags.
However,we will undoubtedly miss some. WE NEED PEOPLE TO HELP THIS SUNDAY! It’s simple, tell your staff, tell your students, tell your players, tell your members. The entire district has been mapped out. Come to the high school on Sunday morning and you will be given an area. You then take your car to that area and collect any Feed-a-Friend bags left behind for the food drive. Next, bring them here to the high school lobby and, if you feel like it, go back out again. Bring your kids, bring your neighbors, bring anyone you want to spread some holiday joy with. Due to other district needs in the HS at 3pm, we have a small window between 9-3 to gather all of these bags and this is why we are asking for as much help as possible, from everyone.
If you live in the district, and your bag or your neighbor’s bag is left behind, please pick it up and consider bringing it to the High School or call 215-420-5547 and we will make arrangements to get it from you.
It goes without saying, but please also consider buying gift cards to Grocery Stores or a frozen Turkey or Ham and bringing it to the High School by the middle of next week.
There are now 122 families from all over our district on the list this year and the stories of their need and disparity are absolutely heartbreaking! Together, asone community, we can make a difference in the lives of these fellow communitymembers by being the ones who provide their smiles with the small boost theymay need.
If you have questions or concerns, please email us.
Sincere thanks and blessings to you all-

Greetings and Welcome to
Hatboro-Horsham High School
It gives me great pleasure, as Principal of Hatboro-Horsham High School, to welcome you to the official high school website. This website has been prepared in the hope that it will become a valuable source of school news and timely information for parents, students, and visitors to this site. It is our goal to provide all of our stakeholders the opportunity to familiarize themselves with our school building, its policies, school news, schedules, key events and to make it available at your fingertips. This site will also provide you with updated school news, athletic schedules, teacher web pages, and key school events.
Hatboro-Horsham is a comprehensive high school, grades 9 through 12, located in Horsham, Pennsylvania, about 15 miles north of Philadelphia. H-H serves a student population of approximately 1,650 students. Strongly committed to academic excellence, we engage students in rigorous curricula and varied learning experiences so that they may become critical thinkers and problem solvers, researchers, effective communicators and most importantly, responsible citizens. Our desire is to provide a supportive school climate where all students can experience success. We believe that all students can achieve at a high level of academic performance, function effectively in our school community, and be active participants in the overall culture and climate of this high school.
Highly competent and caring teachers and administrators establish and reinforce high expectations for all students and develop and reinforce policies and procedures that foster student learning. We encourage parents and other members of the local community to understand and join us in this mission.
In this age of high stakes testing, much of the focus on the "whole school experience" has deteriorated or disappeared. At Hatboro-Horsham, we believe that quality instructional practices, rigorous content, relevant experiences and quality relationships help us deliver a quality experience to every student that walks through our doors.
This high school is rich in tradition and we are excited about what we have accomplished over our spirited history, but we are even more enthusiastic about what the future will bring.
I hope that you enjoy perusing the website and learning more about HHHS; better yet stop by and see us we are looking forward to meeting you!
Dennis M. Williams, Jr.
At Hatboro-Horsham High School our students will graduate prepared to be successful in whatever they endeavor and become responsible and productive citizens equipped for the 21st century.
