Community Aquatics Program
Recreational and instructional swimming is offered as part of the community aquatic program at Simmons Elementary School. During the school year, the swimming program is conducted in the evenings and on Saturdays. The summer program is held mornings and afternoons for a six-week period. Features of the program include student and adult lessons, "open swim" sessions, Red Cross Jr. and Sr. Life Saving instruction and handicap swimming. The pool is also available for Saturday night group rentals.
